Prototyping

At Mann Engineering we offer a prototyping service to our customers. If you are designing a new product / part / process and require a sample part made for your research or testing, we can provide that service to you.

Sometimes the complexity of your project means that a prototype or one off sample is needed to ensure the product meets it requirements. We provide this service and can make the prototype to your specifications, which allows you to fully test the part and make sure that you are 100% happy before the manufacturing process takes place. We can also offer advice, and if required re-engineer your prototype to ensure it meets your requirements.

The advantage of prototyping / sampling is that the risks attached to the design of any new product are reduced with the knock-on effect of reducing costs.
