Installation of Powder Coating Machine.
A powder coating machine was installed in Mann Engineering in April 2010.
We can powder coat units up to 6 meters long, from 18 step mobile ladders to 3 step mobile ladders, hand trucks, store trucks, frames etc. We powder coat in-house produced products and subcontract parts.
Powder coating has many benefits over conventional liquid painting. It offers an excellent finish, efficiency and durability. Powder coating is environmentally friendly, there are no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) emitted from powder coating and unlike wet paint which contains harmful solvents, powder coats are solvent free.
