Mann Engineering Ltd is a family owned and run subcontract manufacturing and service company based in the south east of Ireland. The company is split into 3 departments, which are:
Precision Engineering / Machining Department:
We are a one-stop sub-contract manufacturing machine shop. We manufacture high quality precision-machined parts at a competitive price from low to high volume quantities, including one off prototyping for R&D purposes, with quick delivery using the most up-to-date CNC technology. We supply to the agricultural, electrical, engineering, medical, oil, pharmaceutical industries and other sectors to both indigenous and multinational company’s and for the Irish and export market.

Fabrication / Manual Handling Department:
We produce/supply standard and non-standard manual handling equipment in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium and fabricated solutions for the engineering industry, shop display companies and end users. We manufacture a wide selection of products and specialise in producing customised products that are made to your specifications.

Trolley Repairs / Maintenance / Sales Department:
We provide a shopping trolley repairs and maintenance service for Tesco, Supervalu, Pettittis, & Centra Stores from Dundalk southwards. We are also suppliers of new and reconditioned shopping trolleys. In addition to the above we manufacture and supply specialised trolleys to the retail sector, warehouses, airports, couriers, cash-in-carry, hospitals, colleges and other end users. We also supply and install shopping trolley bays and can tailor the bays to the customers needs from larger supermarkets to the smaller convenience stores.
Mann Engineering operates in the agricultural, electrical, engineering, medical, oil, pharmaceutical industries and retail sector for the Irish and export market.
We currently employ 18 skilled personnel. Our production supervisor in the machining department has over 30 years experience in turning and has worked in England, Wales, Holland, Belgium and Ireland and joined us at the beginning of 2003. Our head CNC Programmer has nearly 20 years experience and joined our company in mid 2008.
Three of our welders and fabricators in the fabrication department have more than 30 years experience each and all have been with us for nearly 30 years.
In the shopping trolley repair and maintenance department Siegfried, who originally started the business, has over 30 years experience in the repair and maintenance of shopping trolleys and is an expert in that field.
