Mann Engineering Ltd is a family owned and run subcontract manufacturing and service company based in the south east of Ireland. Through our knowledge and experience, up-to-date technology and commitment to quality, we are a one-stop facility which can give a finished solution to all your engineering requirements.
Our facility is divided into 3 departments, which are:
Precision Engineering
We are a sub-contracting machine shop that manufactures high quality precision-machined parts from low to high volume quantities, including one off prototyping / sampling for R&D purposes, with quick delivery using the most up-to-date CNC technology. We supply to the agricultural, electrical, engineering, medical, oil, pharmaceutical industries and other sectors for the Irish and export market.

Fabrication / Manual Handling
We produce / supply standard and customised manual handling equipment and fabricated solutions for the engineering industry, retail sector, shop display companies and end users. We manufacture a wide range of products, from standard hand trucks & sack trucks to 18 step mobile ladders. We also specialise in producing customised products including product trolley's that can be made to your specifications.
Trolley Repairs/Maintenance/Sales
We provide a shopping trolley repair, maintenance and sales service nationwide. We supply new and reconditioned trolleys. In addition to the above we manufacture and supply specialised trolleys to the retail sector, airports, couriers, cash-in-carry, etc. We also manufacture and install shopping trolley bays and can tailor the bays to the customers needs from larger supermarkets to the smaller convenience stores.
Additional Services
Powder Coating:
We can powder coat units up to 6 meters long, from 18 step mobile ladders to 3 step mobile ladders, hand trucks, store trucks, frames etc. We powder coat in-house produced and subcontracted products.
Parts Assembly:
Through our parts assembly service we offer a complete solution for parts produced in-house or sub-contracted parts.
Robotic Welding:
Robotic welding gives higher accuracy and better quality welds with greater speed resulting in reduced lead times.
Plasma Cutting:
With our computerised plasma cutter we can precisely cut all sheet metals up to 10 x 5 feet in size and of different thicknesses.
